Sabre Primer PX is a solvent-based, 1-component primer developed for porous substrates. Designed for use with Sabre MS Polymer adhesives/sealants in joint sealing applications on concrete, metals, and timber materials.

How to Use
- Application Temperature
+5°C until +40°C
- Substrate Preparation
Ensure substrates are clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Cement laitance must be removed.
- Application Method
Apply Primer PX with a cleaner brush or roller to the substrate. It should only be applied once. Tightly reseal the container immediately after use.
- Cleaning of Tools
Clean all tools and application equipment immediately after use. Once cured, residual material can only be removed mechanically.

What is the flash-off time?
Sabre Primer PX should be left a minimum of 30 minutes to flash-off. The maximum time is 8 hours.
Do I still need to ensure substrates are clean before priming?
Yes, Sabre Primer PX is an adhesion promotor. It is not a substitute for correct surface cleaning procedures.
What lineal metres yield should I expect?
On porous substrates, estimated coverage is approx. 250 lineal metres. On non-porous substrates it is approx. 400 lineal metres.
