Overview
SabreBond SMP1045 is a fast-curing high performance 2-component silane-modified polymer adhesive used for bonding and sealing of a wide variety of substrates and components. With a fast cure profile and rapid development of strength, SabreBond SMP1045 allows for efficient processing of components through production. The adhesive has high physical bond strength properties, good flexibility, and excellent climatic stability (resistance to UV and temperature extremes).

How to use
- Method
Manual or pneumatic 2K caulking gun.
- Application Temperature
+10°C until +30°C
- Substrate Preparation
Ensure substrates are clean, dry and free of dust and grease.
- Priming
When bonding, Sabre Surface Activator may be used on non-porous surfaces.
When bonding or sealing porous surfaces (e.g., concrete), Sabre Primer PX is recommended. We recommend preliminary compatibility tests previous to application. - Tooling
Soapy solution before skin formation.
